What should I do if there is an error in my order?

We take great care in preparing your orders, but exceptionally, an error may occur in your order.
In such cases, please note that you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to download your return label and send the order back to us.
We kindly ask you to specify that the reason for your return is a picking error by stating: “I did not receive the correct item.”
