Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday) for your parcel to be prepared. Your order will be shipped after this preparation period. The actual delivery time will then depend on the carrier. These timeframes may vary depending on the time of year.
For orders delivered within France, delivery times from dispatch are 2 to 3 business days.
For orders delivered outside France, delivery times depend on the destination country and may take up to 10 business days. Delays may sometimes occur if the parcel is held in customs.
