If you are not available at the time of home delivery in France, a second delivery attempt will be made. If delivery still cannot be completed, your parcel will be left at the nearest post office to the delivery address, where it will be available for collection for 15 calendar days, starting from the day after the delivery notice is issued by mail/sms. You must present a valid physical ID to collect your parcel. After this period, the parcel will be returned to us.
If your parcel is delivered to a Pickup Station locker, it will be available for collection for 5 calendar days starting from the day after the delivery notice is issued by mail/sms. After this period, it will be returned to us.
International
If you are absent at the time of an international home delivery, your parcel will be automatically returned to us.
Once received at our warehouse, we will process a refund of your original order within a maximum of 7 working days.
