Orders delivered to France: How can I return my order?

To initiate a return for an order from mainland France, please follow these steps:
Go to our return portal via the "Make a Return" link or from your account.
Select your order, the items to return, and the reasons for your return.
Choose your return option: You can select a refund, store credit*, or an exchange (depending on the item). For refunds, €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover return shipping costs.
Confirm your return. A return label will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your order.
Print your return label and attach it to your package. To ensure proper processing of your return, please use the label provided by us.
Note:
Store credit will be issued as an e-gift card by email, valid for 3 months and only redeemable online. Store credit cannot be refunded or converted to in-store credit.
Discounted products purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.
Online purchases delivered in France can be returned for exchange or refund at our Kujten stores in France, excluding department stores (Bon Marché, Galeries Lafayette, Village, Printemps).
