What should I do if I want a refund for a product I bought in a store?

Purchases made in-store are unfortunately non-refundable.

You can choose between an exchange within 14 days or a credit note valid for 2 months at all Kujten stores (excluding department stores).

For items purchased in department stores, we invite you to return them directly to the department store in question.
