FOR ORDERS IN FRANCE:
We offer free exchanges for the size of your product. You can also exchange the color of your bandana, but only for the same reference.
How to proceed:
- Go to our return portal via the "Make a Return" link or from your account.
- Select the relevant order, choose the item to exchange, and indicate the new size or color you want.
- Generate the return label.
- Return the item, unworn, in perfect condition, and with its original tag, using the provided label.
Please note:
Your new exchange order will be shipped once your initial return has been approved.
The exchange will be delivered using the same shipping method and to the same address as your original order.
You can also exchange an item (for full-price items only) or receive a store credit by visiting one of our Kujten stores with your receipt. Please note that online orders cannot be refunded in-store. Discounted or sale items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in stores.
E-gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged in our stores. They can only be canceled by contacting our Customer Service at serviceclient@kujten.com.
All online orders placed in-store via tablet cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged online. However, they can be exchanged in-store.
FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE FRANCE:
We do not offer exchanges for orders outside France at this time.
